This luxury 3 bedroom duplex apartment is situated on the Golf Complex of Las Ramblas Golf Course, directly overlooking the 2nd Tee and the 1st nine holes of this very challenging golf course. The south facing views from the bedrooms and sun terraces are spectacular; to the left is the Mediterranean some 4 kilometres away and directly facing is the golf course and the “zona verde” beyond.
The Urbanizacion of Las Ramblas is located just to the south of Torrevieja on the Southern Costa Blanca. It is an ideal place to be at any time of the year, not only because of its marvellous climate but also because of the amenities, leisure activities, cultural events, local festivities, sports and of course, the GOLF. Also worthy of mention is the varied landscape of agriculture, salt lakes and green areas set against areas of modern construction and the highly developed coastal resort of Torrevieja, with its safe and clean beaches, comprehensive sports facilities, monuments and seaside promenades. Finally of course, as you will undoubtedly discover, there is the excellent and varied local cuisine and relatively low cost of living.
The communication network which makes it easily accessible, even for short breaks, is excellent. Alicante airport is some 60 kms to the North (about 45 minutes away) and San Javier (Murcia Airport) is even closer, only 20 minutes away. The new motorway (AP-7) which serves both airports, runs close by the community, so access to the apartment is simple and quick.
The apartment is a “duplex” in a block of six residencies and occupies the upper two floors of the building. It has a stairway access to the front door, accessed from the road that runs from the gated security entrance through the entire community. The accommodation consists of Salon and Dining Room, Kitchen and Utility Room, Sun Patio, Bedrooms 1 and 2 and Bathroom/Toilet on the first floor and Master Bedroom, Bathroom/Toilet and Solarium on the top floor.
